Originally from Czechia and now based in Sweden, Magdalena grew up inspired by her father, who taught her that creativity is both a gift and sometimes a really messy kitchen table. She began as a visual artist before turning to words when art school and freelancing left her burned out.

 

Her first writing steps came through fanfiction as a teenager, and years later she returned to writing with renewed passion after moving abroad. Her work centers on artist protagonists navigating enchantment, longing, and life struggles, blending together creativity, romance, and the fantastical.

When not writing, she can be found reading classics, gaming far too late at night, or gleefully plotting how to ruin her character's happy endings.
